I hate snow. No offense to you all that think the white stuff is nice, but it is evil. Even though it doesn't look like it, we live on a bench. When the rest of the valley gets a tiny bit of snow, we get dumped on. It also doesn't help that we have a really steep driveway, so we have no choice but to shovel every time it snows.
Christmas day I had to shovel 3 times (we got hit by a big blizzard). Once in the morning so my wife (who works graveyards) could come home, once late afternoon so we could go to my parent's home, and once late that night when we came back. Problem with that last one is that even after we shoveled, it was still so slick that I couldn't make it up our driveway. I had to leave the car where it lay.
The next day, we got out late afternoon, and I measured the snow that fell since the previous night. 19 inches! And we got hit with snow about every other day for the following week or two.
So please, help me start a petition to do away with the blasted stuff.

I am with you on this. Try living a few minutes from the ski resorts, I hate life in the winter and this is why there are 3 SUVs in my driveway.
We tell people to pray for snow in the 'Mountains'. It is important to be specific sometimes.
